- Indoors - preferred performing in halls that don’t have fix audience area.

(see attached picture)

- Outdoors - structure needs to be provided by the venue with 3 to 4

hanging points and 360° audience possibility.

Duration Set-up: 2 hours

Duration Set-down: 30 min

Target Group: all ages

Technical Requirements

Space

● Total space: 20m x 15m (optimal)

● Flat, clean and smooth floor

● The space should be level with the audience

● Portable seating for audience, ideally chairs

Rigging (see attached drawing)

● 3 or 4 single hanging points for aerial ropes

● The rigging points must be able to withstand diagonal swinging on the aerial ropes

as well as heavy diagonal pulling of the ropes out of their axis. (see attached picture)

● guaranteed minimum load capacity of 500 kg each point

● Height: 8m (optimal), 6,5 (minimum)

● Aerial rigger for the rigging to be provided by the venue or arranged with the

company.

Clarifications: we can adapt the formation and the distance of the rigging points

depending on the possibilities of the space.

Sound (See attached drawing)

● PA stereo system or 4 speakers (quadrophonic set-up) if possible

● 4x long xlr cables

● 1x microphone stand

● 1x keyboard stand if possible

● power supply

● 1x stable table

Clarifications: The musician plays live. She uses a lot of voice and works with Ableton.

Everything is routed through a sound cart which has a stereo output to go to the

speakers. The speakers should be placed behind the musician and the sound should be

heard throughout the whole space where the performance takes place. If the setting is

outside the equipment shouldn’t get wet.

Light

● Daylight is preferred.

● The show is still being created, the lighting design has not yet been done, so

the provisional design must be agreed directly with the company and modified if

necessary.

Important information: (for outside) it's crucial to avoid scheduling the show during

peak sunlight hours, as the audience is invited to lay down and look up.

Further Information:

The audience is invited to come on stage during the performance and to get closer to the

aerial ropes while the artists move on them. We ask the venue to inform the company

about any safety rules or restrictions from the side of the festival.

We ask for some videos or photos of the venue in anticipation and the possibility to do

rehearsals the day before the show.

The show is still in the process of creation, so we ask you to be flexible in case of requests

for changes on the technical sheet (lighting designs, set hangings, audio, ...) The

company undertakes to communicate all possible changes well in advance. We are open

to adaptation in case of need. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

We thank you for your collaboration.
